181: Sabrina Durant is new to Alpha base.  So what should se do?  Why, orientate herself to her new surroundings, of course.  Maybe meet some of her coworkers at least to a point to put a name and number to a face.  This is the reason she chooses to wander around ATZ first.  Get to know who should and should not be here.

251: -thump-thump-thump- There would be a thumping noise echoing from a part of the training zone, where one, from a distance, could notice the appearance of a bunch of training dummies. Each in a well refined suit. -thump-thump-thump- continued the noise. Upon closer inspection, one would notice a person in a suit and pompadour styled hairdo deliver blows to these dummies. But not your usual kind of martial arts blows. Odd ones. Like an old friend or lover was smacking and palming too hard around, checking for weaknesses. A trained eye would notice this.

181:  Then she would indeed notice.  She stepped into the area, but kept along the edge.  Watching the man.  Her first impression of this Assassin... good close combatant.  Not impressed with stealth or parkour possibilities if he's got such flashy attire.   But hopefully that's just for show.  She watches his palm strikes for a bit longer, but does not approach.  Just blankly stares.

251: "- no, noooo, Bill! I tell ya, that Janine is not a good match for ya, trust me on this." he would state with a tone of someone, who was in a long term friendship with this target. Or at least, someone that had stuck close enough to gain the trust. He smacked at a particular area just under the shoulder, but above the forearm. "What do I mean "bad idea"? What do you think I mean?!" he looked honestly offended as he stepped back, a hand to his chest. From there, he would stand still. From there, he would begin nodding. "Uh-huh"-ing, like there was some conversation happening there. for serious. His attention seemingly on the dummy and the dummy only.

181: She just stared.  Was he making mock scenarios in his head?  She tilted her head, not sure what to make of that.  She wondered if this guy just liked to talk a lot... that might be the case.

251: Nodding, nodding and more nodding. The occasional "uh-huh" among them some more and the "Yeah" thrown in there every now and again.  His expression was that of concern, based on whatever he was "hearing". And at a point he reached forward, resting a hand on the dummy's shoulder. "I'm sorry, man, but no." he simply said, before slowly stepping on over and behind the dummy, head drooped, shoulders slumped. "But you're lucky, ya know~?"

181: She next wondered if he was in theatre.  He'd be a good actor at the very least.  Curiosity was growing a bit though... What was the mock conversation about?  I mean.. really.

251: There would be a long pause. Silence from the assassin in black. And it'd be long this for a good minute, until he suddenly spun on his heel and crouched, grabbing the dummy by the pants and sliding them down to the ankles. He would shoot up to a vertical stance and, due to having pulled the pants down at an angle, with the dummy being forced to turn, he would deliver a smashing clothesline to his target, before wrapping his arm around his neck in a sleeper hold, pulling him down. "You've got all the info we need! All of if, so ya gets to live, partner~!" And he'd keep the sleeper until he was sure his target was "out of it". "Shhh, no more words. Only dreams." Once the mark was down, he would roll to the side and sit up, sighing a long sigh and wiping sweat off his forehead with the back of his hand. Then he'd raise his naked wrist to his lips and utter: "Yeah, the target? I've got him down. Ready for-"A mild pause. He would look to the dummy and pull his pants back up and give "him" a pat on the cheek. "- ready for extraction, guys. I think the spies'll have fun with him. He sure likes his James Bond memoribilia."

181:  She blinks.  Ok so... There's no way she could gather what he was talking about before.  But she felt confident she understood the last bit.  Still, curiosity was in effect.  "What was the dialogue prior to extraction for?". Her voice was light, but 251 would probably notice a familiar southern twang in her accent.

251: He blinked, hearing a voice not familiar to him. And yet, the twang!!! Something he knew as sure as the moon was not made of cheese. Arching his brow and raising his head, turning to look at the person, he was surprised to see a new face. A new a-gent. A new assassin. In all his time wandering halls, he'd never seen her around before, so that much was evident to him. "Howdy." he answered initially, with a wave of the hand.

181: Ah, so he wasn't faking his voice at least.  She wondered if she could guess where he was from.  Hmmmmm.... Central Southern United States.  Texas more than likely since that's the bigger place. Its in the harmonics... Anyway, she gave him a nod at his greeting."Hello.". She tilted her head to the side and her vision shifted to the dummy as if to show she wanted her question answered without actually saying it out loud.

251: Silence followed anew and all through the zone, no noise was made. Not even a moan. For 251 just sat there, criss-cross-apple-sauce on the floor and wouldn't you know it, only he knew what was in store. Or maybe he was just oblivious to something. Hard to tell, since it was 251 after all. Either way, the pompadour styled man would eventually follow her gaze to the dummy. Then he would look back to her. Then back to the dummy. Then back to her. And back and forth he would go like this, until he eventually made a noise. "Ah." A few more blinks, then he would add: "He's sleeping."

181: Yeah, she's not the most verbal in the world.  Forgive this child.  But she would give a nod at the lack of information.  "Was the pant pull necessary?"

251: There would be some more back and forth eyeing between the dummy and the new a-gent, before he snorted and scratchd the back of his neck. "It sure was. In order to "pull off", hehehe, the sleeper, I needed to catch 'em off guard. And nobody expects a grown man to pull yer pants down just to knock ya out." Flawless logic if there ever was one. Or logic by 251's standards, in any case.

181: She looks off to the side.  The element of surprise is a powerful weapon... And she wasn't expecting it either.  So to her, the logic was sound.  And what's more, the pants make an improvised set of feet cuffs.  "Makes sense... And effective".

251: Whoah, hey! Someone agreeing with him on this?! Sweet! It wasn't every day that he got to hear that what he did had an effect in that sense. He chuckled. "I know, right?! It's so hard to find people on that same wavelength." He would nod, crossing his arms. "Guy's a confidant to a mafia boss' capo's lieutenant, by the way." he opted to elaborate on the backstory of the dummy. "I got chummy with him  so I could bring him to the Spies for so they could work their magic." A mild pause, before he added. "I realize I was playin' a bit out of my class expectations, but sometimes ya gotta think outside the box~"

181: Ah.  It was intentional dialogue then.  "Wouldn't smacking him be frowned upon when trying to get close?".  She said with her head tilt.  She won't make a comment about him playing outside his class.  He's not wrong... But she's not the type to do so.  In her head she felt that it she was apprehending a suspect, quick strong strikes to stomach and head for a kO was more her style.

251: "Is that what it looked like? Smackin'?" he blinked a few times, before he scratched his chin in thought and looked away. "Damn, need to work on my alpha-male dude bro bruteness then." he uttered, sounding utterly disappointed, yet critical, with a hint of analysis there. "Should probably watch some of those tutorials on "how to bro"." he would add, while nodding in agreement. With himself, apparently.

181: Alpha male bro bruteness?  Well... That explains why they weren't solid hits.  "I think I understand... It was just comical greetings..."

251: "Yeah! Yeah, that was the case!" he looked back with a cheery smile on his face. Before slumping over. "Though I see now, why it wasn't easy to see." -foreveraloneplz- For shame, 251. For shaaaaaame. Utter and complete shame. Maybe he really should leave the acting to the Spies. He would plop backwards on the floor and release a low huff.

181: "I didn't mean to upset you.". She hadn't and looked down at him with a frown.  She didn't want ot make enemies out if allies just yet...

251: He suddenly sat up again and waved a hand. "Hi, I didn't meant to upset you. I'm 251." he answered with a cheeky smile painted on his face. "I know, I don't look older than 250, but what can ya do, amirite?" He'd roll his eyes, grinning.

181: Ok.  There's only so much cheesy jokes one can take before something cracks.  And Sabrina gives a small smile at his joke.  But it vanishes after a second.  "Hmm.  I am Agent 181.  It's a pleasure to meet you, 251."

51: "Pleasure makin' your acquaintance, ma'am. I'd tip my had, if I had one, but alas, no hat can tame this hair." he snickered, before slowly rising to his feet. That was enough sitting around. Time for standing around! "How're you likin' the place so far~?" he questioned, while picking up the poor dummy off the floor, to set the thing back in it's place amongst it's friends.

181: "So far, the zone is nice.  I was just exploring here first to meet possible coworkers, like you.".  This was true anyway.  she watches the dummy getting placed back without offering help.

251: "That's good. Was doin' somethin' along those lines when I got to the main buildin', too." he nodded a few times, before he leaned in to whisper something. "FYI, don't touch other classes' stuff. The old texts say a tiny spy warrior queen'll pounce you and wrestle you to submission." Then he leaned back and slid his hands in his pockets. "Sometimes at night, I still hear her battle cry."

181:  As he leaned forward, she leaned away a bit.  She seems a bit touchy about personal space. An eyebrow raised again at his story.  "Spy warrior queen?" Was one of the spies violent?  Is she going to have to walk everywhere armed?  Mind you, she will anyway, but still.

251: "She sees you when you're sleepin', ma'am. She knows when you're awake. She knows when you've been good or bad, so be good for goodness' sake." His expression was blank. He was getting flashbacks to his first day in the HQ, when that happened. The horror. The horrorrrrrrrrrr.

181: Oh... Another joke it seemed.  She returned his blank expression with one of her own.  "...may I ask this queens rank?"

251: He shook a bit, until he centered himself and found his zen. Which was another way of saying that he relaxed. With said relaxation 251 would smile. "179. But really, though. She's actually a pretty swell person." he answered. "It was all on me, gettin' tackled 'n all. So no worries~"

181: "Hmm"  She thought about his earlier comment of him acting like a spy and coupled it with his warning.  181 guesses somebody reprimanded his actions.  But still... why a tackle.  "I see.  I won't worry then." She wasn't gonna ask.  No need to bring up flaws on first meetings.  "Anybody else I should look out for?"

251: He shook his head. "No one to look out for, really. Everyone is pretty cool 'round here. HQ01, I mean." Maybe it was his positive attitude about it, but he really didn't have a problem with the other agents. Wasn't one to hold a grudge. A serious one in any case. Childish ones were fair game, however.

181: She gave a nod.  Everyone is cool... Not what she was hoping for, but it'll do.  "That's good."  She looked to the side again.  "And how are the others in the Assassin Class?  You are the first I've met."

251: "Everyone's... their own person, ya know~?" he hummed. "You've got your mysterious ones, the classy ones, the blink-'n-you miss 'em ones...." he tried describing them by his impression of them. "Everyone's fairly different, 'round here. No two Assassins are alike, but then again, I could say that about any class." A mild pause, before a thought came to mind. "Heads up on 091, though. He likes to blink in and out around people." He spoke from experience here. "He gave me a big egg once."

181: That all made sense.  Then she hears about 091.  "Blink in and out... Teleporting?" She asks with a head tilt.

251: "Eyup. Teleportin'." he nodded a few times. "He's a pretty funny guy, if cryptic at times." he smiled a small smile, a bit nostalgic. He hadn't seen him in a while, admittedly. Wondered what he was up to right now...

181: "So... He abuses his abilities for a joke?"  She frowns.  Not sure how she feels about that.

251: "I wouldn't say "abuses his abilities" as much as, he's got his own way of goin' about things. He marches to a different drummer, if ya will~" He would then proceed to do a small march. Because it seemed like the thing to do at the time. He himself marching to a drummer of his own.

181: "mm... Very well."  She gonna be wary of this 091 guy.  251 seemed to be ok with this guy, so maybe it wasn't as bad as it sounds.

251: "Very. And well. Yes." he would say once the marching came to an end, a smile ever present on his face, though shifting every now and then to varying degrees. A little work out, one could say. "Feel free to use the equipment 'round the ATZ, whenever, to your leisure. Everythin' 'round here really is convenient for when out on the field~!"

181: She looked around a moment.  "Where is the... Parkour area... Or gymnastic.... "  She doesn't ask about weapons much.

251: "The parkour area is-" and he would turn in the appropriate direction, where the structures were built for the comfort and creativity of styling and profiling freerunning. "- that way. Gymnastics would be, uh-" he looked in another direction, pointing. "I think it's that way? I dunno for sure, though. I usually just use the actual gym back at the main buildin' with the elevators and the like~!"

181: She nodded at both directions being given.  "I'd rather keep in form here... Fewer people."  She bit her lip and sighed.  "And... Gun range?". Assassins use guns from time to time.  Personally, she has no hope with them, but she should keep some sort of practice with them.

251: "If you wanna work on your gun skills, you should ask some of the snipers. There's a gunrange in the Sniper Range, hehe~" (That and Kai doesn't know if there's a gun rage or not in the ATZ). "Just ask 'em before usin' it, so there ain't no misunderstandin'~"

181:  She gave a nod.  Made sense.... She probably won't go there often though.  "And... Sparring?"

251: "Sparrin' area's all the way down there-" he pointed in a direction, where a ring would be set up for the activity. "If you ever need a sparrin' partner, I'm available most of the time. Usually. Some of the time." he would state and quickly correct himself along the way. "Just be warned: I may not know karate, but I know ka-razeh~"

181: She gave a nod.  She would remember that. "I use a mix of Taekwondo and Tonfas.  But I will be unarmed if sparring..."

251: "Hey! I've not done one on one sparrin' with weapons since the ol' trainin' days." he sighed, a sense of nostalgia coming over him. "Maybe some time we can go for for that~?"

181: She blinked and unconsciously rubbed her arm before giving a nod.  "Of course."

251:  He would offer her a thumbs up, before leaning against one of the dummies."Excellent! Gonna look forward to that, then, 181" He would have offered her such a spar now, but alas, he had just finished his training for the day and felt the need of nourishment.

181:. She nodded to the dummy.  "I just hope your current partner won't be jealous..." She's trying for humor.  The fact that she kept a straight face and had little emotion behind it though will takes away a few points for most.

251: "I-" he blinked a few times, quirking a brow. Who did she mean?  He would turn his head in the direction of the dummy, before looking backto her with a snicker. "It's alright, we're in a open relationship."

181:. The hesitance put her in mind that jokes were not her forte.  "That's good to know" She nodded.

251: Totally got the joke and went with it, tho! "This is why I don't dance the tango. It's so limited to partners." And he would nod with an ever increasing goofy smile on his features.

181: "I can easily imagine you're a good dancer either way"  She nodded... She could definitely picture him in a musical.

251: "Fff, to be fair I'm kind of out of practice, but thank you for sayin' so~" He woudl smile a polite smile, while stepping away from the dummy. Enough cuddling on the "hubby".

181:. "You are welcome."  the corner of her mouth twitched... The smile almost came out.  But no luck.

251: And thus, an awkward silence began.A silence involving a trademark smile from 251 as he just stood there.

181: She wasn't sure what else to ask at the moment without seeming rude. "Hmmmmm... Where is the cafeteria?"

251: The magic words were uttered!!! "Lemmy show ya~!" he chirped and suddenly started strutting in the direction of the exit and towards the tram. "Just follow my nooooose~!"

181: And she will follow him.  This guy seemed harmless and cheery.  And while her external expression was stone faced, she was inwardly smiling at the gentleman.
